Growing up in a single wide trailer and dropping out of high school, Josh knew the odds would be stacked against him. He started in the car business at the age of 18, as a summer job. Knowing he would have to outwork everyone around him to prove his worth he worked 7 days a week for the first 10 years of his career. Josh rose through the ranks rapidly in the automotive world, expanding into multiple markets such as Oregon, Arizona, California, and Colorado. He worked for an automotive group that is a fortune 500 company and became the youngest GM in the company at the age of 28.
